What do you say about...a contest?

I just came up with this wild idea, for me is a first so that's why I call it "wild", it's the first time when I break the shell after so much time and decide starting a contest...we haven't done that in ages right?
I am sure that among our members are so many wallers already, shame to me I have never tried it for real, I don't even have a great photoshop.
And let's make this an interesting contest, I have 2 ideas, it's your choice:
1. team up with a member....this is in order to get some friends for real, so sometimes that happens when you break the shell and try communicating,
2. make a wall with the themes: "Best friends" or "Ideal friendship"... I am not imposing to you to put this title to your walls, that would be completely wrong, I am leaving titles and imagination up to you, the purpose is for you to show what is your "ideal friendship" or what means "best friends" for you.

And right now it occurred to me that not all of us were wallers so it occurred to me another idea, some are better writers:
1. talk about an experience in your life where you found who are your true friends.
2. make a story about friendship

Now I must say the voting will be made by other members or by the number of favorites you receive (I will fav. every work you bring as a sign of appreciation and support)
And about putting the walls for everyone to see them...bare with me because I am not to good with sites myself so I'll try my best to advertise them too.


Deadline: I want to see if my idea is well liked first and who might join. You will probably have a month or so. (I am busy myself with personal affairs).
Remark: Stories and walls post them all on the main page.

I'll be happy to see people participate, unfortunately I can't give you a real prize, the only prize I can be is for you to succeed in making some friends.

    You are right about separate ways a bit....well I can also admit that I still have a few but since they are so far away it's hard to keep in touch with them.

    I managed to make some friends from here, but like all things in life we went in different directions. And I think a lot of people have the chance to get and gain new friends you just have to find someone who shares your interests, meeting in other groups and even creating a group with someone is a great way to do that.

    Hey there guys, omg I haven't been active in ages but I really wanted to ask you something...did you manage to make a real friend here?
    I hope so, so far, I myself haven't, to be honest, but I'd like too...I'd like to meet new people and for a nice friendship: free of lies, blessed with sincerity, to not have people who are only interested in what I can do for them and not in me.

    I'm lately very depressed, I know that with time we change, that this society where mocking each other and stepping on others is more precious than anything but there has to be more than it, I do understand all those who search for me when they need me but doing that continuously without a minimum respect for my wishes or for me as a person really depresses me.

    Lately, I can only say this I can put my best friends and number them on one of my hands, I've been through bad moments but all those who said they were my friends, never once called me by the phone to see what I am doing, I was the only one who wanted to listen to their voices, even relatives keep on using me and yes, I'm good but I'm tired too.

    Did you make it in a site (some sites help doing avatars), or in program like Photoshop?

    Well..Zweixhander, i have been searching the problem you have at your Avatar. As the DragonBlood said, the problem could be the size of your avatar, can´t be longer that 100/100. There is another cause for your account don´t accept the image of your Avatar. If your avatar is in "jpeg" file the image that you put in, your account will don´t accept, for more images you put there. It only accept "gif" files. ;)

    That's cool! I have played with watercolor pencils and you can make some nice stuff with it! I like oil painting and photography a lot too. Do any of you have a Deviant art that you post your original work on? My username there is Kaisui Tatsu.
    Oh yea, and if you want to share the work that you have posted here, I can put it in our gallery for everyone in the group to see. ^_^
